Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Yanni, operated by llovos, collects and how it is used. The short version: your data is used to run the product for you, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- Account information — your email address, used for sign-in (magic links) and account notices.
- Business data you create — inventory items, photos, storage locations, events, sales records, expenses, and team membership.
- Usage analytics — aggregate page views and usage patterns via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics, used to improve the product.
What we don't collect
We never see or store card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe. Showroom passcodes are stored hashed, not in plain text.
Where your data lives
Data is stored with Supabase (database and photo storage) and the app is hosted on Vercel. Subscription billing runs through Stripe. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Data is only shared with the service providers above as needed to run the product, with members of your own business account according to their roles, and publicly only where you explicitly choose (for example, items you show in a public showroom).
Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can export your data from the app at any time, and you can request account and data deletion by emailing us — we will complete it within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will notify you by email or in the app.
