Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
Yanni ("the Service") is an inventory management and point-of-sale tool for resellers, operated by llovos ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide a valid email address to use the Service.
Your data
Your inventory, photos, sales records, and business data belong to you. We claim no ownership over them. You can export your data at any time from within the app, and you can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, reverse engineering it, or using it for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Plan limits (items, seats, features) are described on the pricing page.
Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We recommend keeping your own records of critical business data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, llovos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
